FP&A Analyst

Position Overview

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis within a fast-paced BPO environment. This role will focus on delivering accurate financial insights, supporting budgeting activities, and providing basic financial support to operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Perform variance analysis and provide clear insights on financial performance
• Support monthly financial reporting and closing activities
• Maintain and update financial models, reports, and trackers
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and flag variances or risks
• Work with operations teams to gather data and understand key cost drivers
• Provide basic financial insights to support day-to-day business decisions
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any related course

At least 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles

Experience in BPO, shared services, or multinational companies is an advantage

Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders

Detail-oriented and organized

Other Requirements

Amenable to work onsite 5x/month in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City

Willing to work on a dayshift schedule
