Job Description
- Lead financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
- Maintain and enhance financial systems and tools to improve efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Tower Lead should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
- CPA
- 7+ years experience in FP&A
- Experience with MNC/SSC or BPO firms
- 4+ years leadership experience
