Job Description
The key responsibilities of the FP&A Head are:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function to support business decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
- Monitor key financial metrics and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the FP&A team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Head will have
- A strong background in Accounting & Finance, particularly FP&A, within the Business Services industry.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.
- Experience in managing financial teams and driving performance improvements.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
