Job Description

Develop and manage financial planning and analysis processes to support business objectives.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with company goals.
Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Controller should have:

Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is an advantage.
A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
