About the role
Purpose of Role:
The FP&A Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting Diageo's performance and long-term growth byprovidingfinancial insights, deliveringaccuratereporting, and partnering with cross-functional teams. The role contributes directly to business performance management through high-quality analytics and a strong control environment.

Collaborate withIn-Market Finance,Regional teams, andbusiness divisionsto drive performance against targets.
Act as a financial advisor to stakeholders, supporting decision-making.
Lead projects or workstreams driving efficient processes
Build strong relationships with senior partners, ensuring clarity, transparency, and data-driven insights.
