Role Overview
The FP&A Assistant Manager will support financial planning and business performance initiatives by delivering meaningful financial analysis and reporting. This role works closely with business leaders to monitor financial results, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide insights that help drive informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
Support the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Analyze financial performance by reviewing trends, variances, and key business drivers.
Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and other financial indicators to identify risks and opportunities.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support business decisions.
Develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
Partner with business units to identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial performance.
Recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
Ensure the integrity and reliability of financial data used for planning and analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
Must be a CPA.
At least 2–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, management accounting, or financial reporting.
Previous Supervisory Or Team Lead Experience Is Preferred.
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial performance analysis.
Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and reporting tools is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance analysis.
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
