As we continue to expand our footprint, we're seeking a motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and provide insights that help shape strategic and operational decisions.
Role Overview
As an FP&A Analyst, you will be a key part of the finance team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality analysis, reporting, and commercial support across the business. You will help enable better financial decision-making through robust modelling, insightful analytics, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on key business drivers and performance trends
- Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, operational planning, and strategic initiatives
- Develop and improve dashboards and automated reports using Power BIand Power Query
- Provide ad-hoc commercial analysis to assist with investment decisions, cost control, and service delivery optimisation
- Partner with stakeholders across clinical and operational teams to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems
Skills & Experience Required
- 3-4 years experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a similar analytical finance role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modelling and data manipulation
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Query for reporting and analytics
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex financial information
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare or multi-site service industries preferred, but not explicitly required
