As an FP&A Analyst at Appficiency, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the financial integrity and operational excellence of our business. You will drive the company's profitability by managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The Commitment
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Supporting annual budgeting processes and quarterly forecasting to predict future financial performance.
- Variance Analysis: Analyzing the difference between actual results and budgeted plans, explaining discrepancies to leadership
- Financial Modeling: Creating and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic business decisions and scenario planning.
- Performance Reporting: Developing monthly financial reports and dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Business Partnership: Collaborating with departments to provide actionable financial insights, analyze expenses, and monitor cash flow.
- Strategic Analysis: Evaluating ROI on projects, investments, and identifying new revenue opportunities
- Drive or support the implementation of new accounting processes, systems, or tools (e.g., ERP, payroll).
- Support internal and external financial reporting requirements, including management reports and audits.
- Contribute to special finance projects, offering recommendations for improvements in policies, procedures, and controls.
The Essentials
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in accounting or Finance (also open for Fresh Graduates with good academic background)
- Some technical knowledge of accounting principles, payroll legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Some track record managing general ledger functions, reconciliations, financial reporting, and monthly close.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Ideal
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and payroll systems.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Lucidchart, or similar business tools.
