We're not hiring an appointment setter. We're hiring the person who will build and run our cold calling team.

AI Labs by Humans is a US-based agency building AI-powered lead generation for home services: water restoration, roofing, solar, and emergency response across the US and Canada. Our clients close the jobs — we deliver qualified appointments. We pair AI voice agents for first-touch with elite closers-of-the-calendar for the kill. You'd be human #1.

Straight talk about this role

This is a phone job. 100+ outbound dials a day. Live conversations with US and Canadian business owners, property managers, and contractors. If that made you tired, stop reading.
You get founders, dialer, data, and live accounts. You do NOT get scripts, warm leads, or a manager holding your hand. You write the script, test it, and rewrite it — then you train the team on it and lead them.
We measure held, qualified appointments. Not dials, not conversations, not booked-and-ghosted.

The bar

Ramp: 8 held appointments in month 1, 14 in month 2
Full quota from month 3: 18–20 held/month, sustained — top-10% territory, and that's the point
Hit it 2 months straight → you recruit SDRs #2 and #3, step into Team Lead, and earn an override on everything your team books

Comp — built for overperformance

Base: $900 to $1,500 USD/month (full-time contractor base on Experience)
$20 per held qualified appointment, uncapped
Accelerator: appointments 20+ in a month pay $60
Team Lead: base bump + override per team appointment
