About the Opportunity
We are conducting a confidential search for a high-growth U.S.-based company seeking its first Founding Growth Marketing Lead.
This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on performance marketer to take complete ownership of paid acquisition, lead generation, funnel performance, attribution, and growth systems. The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership and have significant influence over marketing strategy, budget allocation, and growth decisions.
This is not a coordinator role. This is not an agency management role.
We are looking for an operator who can personally execute, optimize, and scale campaigns while making data-driven decisions that directly impact revenue.
What You'll Own
• End-to-end paid acquisition strategy and execution, primarily across Meta platforms
• Budget allocation, campaign optimization, scaling decisions, and performance analysis
• Landing page and lead funnel optimization using GoHighLevel or similar platforms
• Lead qualification workflows, routing, and conversion processes
• Creative testing frameworks and performance experimentation
• Marketing attribution, analytics, reporting, and dashboard management
• AI-powered workflows and automation initiatives that improve marketing efficiency and performance
• Weekly performance reviews with clear recommendations on scaling, reducing, or reallocating spend

• Consistent growth in qualified lead volume
• Improved cost per qualified lead and acquisition efficiency
• Reliable attribution and reporting systems that support business decisions
• Strong funnel conversion performance from click to qualified lead
• Clear evidence of marketing contribution to revenue growth
• Ability to identify winning campaigns quickly and eliminate underperforming initiatives
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience personally managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns with direct budget ownership
• Demonstrated success building, optimizing, or scaling lead generation funnels
• Experience using GoHighLevel or similar funnel and CRM platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make performance-based scaling and budget decisions
• Experience leveraging AI tools as part of a daily marketing workflow
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses
• Background in direct response marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing
• Experience scaling advertising budgets while maintaining profitability
• Hands-on experience with attribution systems, tracking implementation, and analytics setup
• Experience working directly with founders, executives, or senior operators
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, marketing dashboards, and reporting tools
