What you'll do

You'll work directly with Klaara's founders on some of our hardest technical problems.

Research.
Challenge assumptions.
Prototype.
Break things.
Build them properly.
Put them into the hands of real organisations.

You won't join to implement a roadmap somebody else has already figured out.

You'll help discover what should exist.

Who we're looking for

Exceptional young engineers and researchers from world-class institutions.

We value strong foundations in mathematics and computer science, first-principles thinking and the ability to turn difficult ideas into working systems.

Your field could be AI, applied mathematics, optimisation, robotics, distributed systems or another technically demanding discipline.

What matters most is intellectual curiosity and the desire to build something that doesn't already exist.
