We're hiring a Founding Accounting Manager.

ThrivePoint Technologies Inc. is looking for a:

Founding Accounting Manager — Agentic Finance & Client Operations

We are looking for a strong accounting professional who can take ownership of client work, help establish our accounting operations, improve processes, and work closely with our leadership, product, and technology teams as the business grows.

This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility and exposure.

You will work directly with the CEO and CFO and will play an important part in shaping how Thrive Finance serves clients, develops its internal capabilities, and builds its finance and accounting organization.

We are looking for someone with:

• strong accounting fundamentals;

• experience handling clients or senior stakeholders;

• strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• experience improving accounting or finance processes;

• comfort working with technology and new tools;

• strong ownership and accountability;

• good written and verbal communication skills; and

• the ability to work effectively in an early-stage and fast-moving environment.

CPA and/or CMA is strongly preferred, but not mandatory.

We are particularly interested in strong:

• Senior Accountants;

• Accounting Supervisors;

• Assistant Accounting Managers;

• Accounting Managers; or

• professionals with comparable accounting and finance experience who are ready to take on a broader role.

Previous experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

• outsourced accounting;

• public accounting;

• controllership;

• shared services;

• accounting systems implementation;

• finance transformation;

• process improvement; or

• automation and technology-enabled finance operations.

This is a founding-stage role, so the successful candidate should be comfortable both doing the work and helping build the systems, processes, and standards behind the work.

As Thrive Finance grows, the role may expand into broader leadership responsibilities based on performance, demonstrated capability, and the needs of the business.
