Job Description

The opportunity as Founder Associate

Obra is building the world's first full-stack AI hospital.

As Founder Associate, you'll work directly with our CEO, Joachim, on whatever matters most to building the company.

Your job is to increase his leverage. You'll take ambiguous problems across growth, operations, product, hiring, finance, and expansion, then turn them into finished outcomes. You'll solve the problem first, then build a system so it stays solved.

This is not an executive-assistant role, a strategy-only role, or a job where you wait for instructions. We are looking for a company builder who can think clearly, sell, operate, use AI aggressively, and do the work themselves.

You should have already started something of your own and convinced real people to pay for it. It does not need to have become a large company. We care that you have experienced what it means to create something from nothing, sell without an established brand, and keep moving when there is no playbook.

You'll begin as a generalist. If you are exceptional, you'll eventually own and lead a major function at Obra.
