Job Description

Our client, a reputable and purpose driven organization in the non profit and community development sector, is looking for a Foundation Administrator to support fundraising initiatives, program operations, partnership coordination, and administrative functions that contribute to the organization's mission and long term impact.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional with strong communication and coordination skills, combined with a passion for community service, stakeholder engagement, and operational support.

Location: Makati City

Work Setup: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fundraising and partnership support activities to help secure resources for the organization's programs and operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, donors, government agencies, schools, and other stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and communication materials for programs and fundraising initiatives
  • Monitor and track grant and fundraising activities, ensuring proper documentation and timely coordination
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the foundation's day to day activities and special projects
  • Coordinate meetings, events, outreach activities, and stakeholder engagements
  • Maintain organized records, databases, and reports related to programs, partnerships, and fundraising activities
  • Support communication efforts that promote the organization's programs, advocacy, and brand presence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of projects and organizational initiatives
  • Assist management in monitoring program performance and preparing updates for leadership review

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field
  • Experience in administration, project coordination, foundation work, non profit organizations, or community programs is an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and administrative documentation
  • Experience in proposal preparation, fundraising support, stakeholder coordination, or events management is a plus
  • Candidates with teaching experience or technical/vocational school background are welcome to apply
