Forward-Deployed Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on engineer to own customer pilot deployments from first technical conversation through production-ready rollout.

This role is part full-stack engineer, part deployment engineer, and part customer-facing technical lead. You will work directly with customers to understand their environment, configure deployments, write product code, test integrations, debug issues, and make sure pilots actually work in the real world.

Work Setup: Full-time regular; Morning shift; Remote - Must be residing in PH

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and pilot deployment for customers
• Join customer calls to gather requirements and translate them into implementation tasks
• Build and maintain backend APIs, frontend features, deployment scripts, and integrations
• Deploy systems across cloud, customer-provided GPU machines, or Necora-managed infrastructure
• Work with Docker, Linux, networking, GPUs, auth, monitoring, and data pipelines
• Test pilot deployments end-to-end before customer handoff
• Debug live issues quickly and communicate clearly with customers
• Write internal runbooks, customer setup docs, and repeatable deployment processes
• Help turn one-off pilot work into scalable product infrastructure

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience as full-stack engineer
• Developer experience within a data center company is highly preferred.
• Python backend experience, ideally FastAPI or similar
• React / TypeScript frontend experience
• Docker, Linux, cloud, and deployment experience
• Comfort working with customer systems, APIs, files, sensors, or data feeds
• Strong debugging and testing discipline
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to operate independently in an early-stage startup environment
