Job Description
MUST-HAVE 3–5 years building/operating on AWS and/or Azure; strong with APIs and cloud infrastructure. High proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or TypeScript preferred; Go/Java/C++ welcome). Proficiency with Linux, command line, and Bash scripting. Hands-on with Docker, Docker Compose, and container orchestration. Demonstrated ability to take an ambiguous technical problem and decompose, research, and resolve it independently — minimal hand-holding. Clear written technical communication; comfortable in customer-facing troubleshooting. AI fluency — you're fluent and comfortable using AI tools to scale your expertise and move faster, but never as a shortcut. You stay personally accountable for the quality of everything you ship regardless of how it was produced, and you keep experimenting — always trying new tools and approaches rather than defaulting to the familiar. NICE-TO-HAVE Experience with LLM-based workflows, automation agents, or document-AI / data-extraction pipelines. DevOps / deployment automation / IaC; CSP Marketplace (AWS/Azure) listing or operations experience. A track record of proposing field-driven improvements back into product. Additional cloud experience (GCP, Oracle Cloud, etc.). Experience monitoring, debugging, and patching/upgrading live production systems, prioritizing user experience and system availability.
