Forward Deployed Engineer - Automation / Integration-Alabang

Role Summary

Convert SME standard operating procedures into production-grade Ansible playbooks and wire them into AAP workflows and enterprise systems, so that recovery sequences execute reliably, in the right order, and in parallel where RTO demands it.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert SME SOPs into Ansible playbooks across infrastructure, security and application components.
• Build and maintain AAP workflows, job templates, inventories, credentials and execution environments.
• Implement orchestration and sequencing with dependency awareness and contingency/failure handling.
• Enable parallel execution paths to meet RTO/RPO targets without breaking dependency constraints.
• Integrate with ServiceNow APIs for ticketing, change and CMDB interactions, and with CI/CD pipelines for promotion.
• Implement event-driven automation (EDA) triggers and remediation hooks.
• Unit-test playbooks and support the DR simulation run that gates Go Live.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Expert-level Ansible: roles, collections, idempotent playbook design, Jinja2 templating, Ansible Vault.
• Hands-on Ansible Automation Platform / AWX administration and workflow design; EDA exposure preferred.
• Strong Linux and Windows systems administration fundamentals; scripting in Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• API integration experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM platform.
• Familiarity with Azure infrastructure, DNS, Active Directory and storage replication concepts.
• Disciplined approach to playbook standards, naming, error handling and documentation.
• Hands-on with an agent framework: Semantic Kernel, LangGraph/LangChain,
• Autogen, or equivalent.
• Deep prompt engineering skill: system prompt design, few-shot patterns, structured output, chain-of-thought control, instruction hierarchies.
