Position Summary:
The Forensics Quality Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with internationally recognized standards such as ISO and ANAB. This role ensures the integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement of forensic operations, while also serving as a liaison for legal and risk-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS to meet international standards.
- Monitor forensic team practices for compliance and recommend QMS updates.
- Conduct annual audits covering cases, evidence, hardware/software, personnel, and facilities.
- Perform ongoing casework reviews in collaboration with the Operations Lead.
- Maintain comprehensive records related to QMS activities.
- Identify non-conformities in casework, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Communicate audit findings and QMS updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the case coordination matrix as a backup Case Coordinator.
- Administer internal and external Forensics SharePoint sites.
- Manage Forensics-related security groups and access controls.
- Complete assigned compliance tasks and address related questions and issues.
- Conduct data privacy business reviews for forensic evidence and non-evidence materials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably within a forensic or technical environment (IT Audit or cyber risk)
- Familiarity with ISO, ANAB, and other relevant standards.
- Strong experience with compliance, audit, or related cyber risk principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with SharePoint administration and IT security group management is a plus.
