Job Description

Supervising construction workers and subcontractors ensuring they perform tasks correctly and promptly.
Planning daily work schedules, project tasks and resource allocation and project timelines are met.
Reviewing construction plans and specifications to maintain accuracy and quality of the work performed.
Conducting regular site inspections to enforce adherence to safety and building regulations.
Communicating effectively with project managers, architects engineers and other stakeholders about progress and any issues on site.
Problem-solving on-site issues and making quick decisions to prevent project delays.
Maintaining detailed records of construction processes worker attendance and project cost.
