Foreign Exchange (FX) Manager

The role is responsible for managing the Robinsons Retail Group's foreign exchange (FX) requirements, including sourcing competitive FX rates, ensuring the timely settlement of foreign currency payments, and overseeing USD cash flow planning and liquidity requirements.

The position will also be responsible for strengthening FX governance by ensuring compliance with BSP and AMLA regulations, enhancing FX-related policies and internal controls, and driving the transition toward more automated, efficient, and system-enabled FX processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the Group's FX exposures and foreign currency funding requirements.
• Negotiating and securing competitive FX rates from banking partners.
• Overseeing foreign currency payment execution and settlement.
• Managing USD cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Enhancing FX controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Leading initiatives to automate and streamline FX processes and reporting.
