KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our partner is a foreign law firm specializing in personal injury litigation. We prioritize providing our clients with personalized, innovative, and timely legal advice to achieve the best possible outcomes.

In order to provide exceptional legal services for clients from diverse backgrounds, you must take a tailored approach to each case to meet individual needs and circumstances.

As a Foreign Attorney, your responsibilities will include receiving and processing insurance claims, verifying the accuracy of the information, evaluating policy coverage, and assisting in drafting documents for clients and representatives. You will liaise with various parties involved in the claims process, update claimants on the status of their claims, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records is crucial.

You will have exposure to high-level management from foreign direct superiors, making it a great opportunity for career growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Philippine Bar Passer-First-Year Lawyer
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Legal background or claims-handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Willingness to work onsite, with potential for a hybrid arrangement.
