Main Job Purpose:
As the Category Strategy & Insights Manager for Condiments (Lady's Choice and Bestfoods), you will be responsible for defining and deploying category growth strategies grounded in deep consumer, shopper, customer, and market insights. The role translates category vision into clear commercial priorities, channel strategies, and executional guidance, ensuring alignment across different teams. You will also be developing compelling category stories and narratives to influence internal and external stakeholders. You are accountable to track category performance, diagnose issues, and recommend corrective actions to unlock growth opportunities.
