Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Food Service Manager oversees the development and management of the company's Food Service Channel. Responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening client relationship, and ensuring excellent service delivery to all FS customers. This role involves planning sales strategies, supervising sales activities, mentoring team and ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Job Location: Panacan, Davao City

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
  • Monitor and control food cost, wastage, and budget
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, Business or related field
  • At least 3 years experience in food service operations or sales operations handling HRI accounts
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, sanitation practices)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel and do field works
