Job Summary
Supports the Food Service Supervisor in managing and developing the sales team to achieve business goal. Promotes a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and ethical business practices within sales team.
Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management or any related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in food service or sales operation (food industry preferred)
- Willing to travel and do field work as required
- Strong understanding in food service operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
