Job Summary
Lead and manage all food production operations to ensure hygienic conditions, compliance with company policies, and high productivity and quality standards. Train and coach staff to optimize performance and uphold safety and sanitation regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all food production operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintain hygienic conditions for employees and the factory environment to comply with health standards
- Implement company procedures and policies consistently across food production activities
- Monitor productivity rates and quality control to meet operational standards and improve outcomes
- Train and coach Factory Operators and Sorters to enhance skills and operational effectiveness
- Order supplies to ensure uninterrupted production and inventory management
- Ensure all operations comply with safety and sanitation laws and standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve work performance and operational efficiency
