Job Description

To assist, oversee, and control the operations of the entire Food Court Department in the areas of daily operations, sales, merchandise and stock administration, tenant and customer relations, as well as various administrative functions pertaining to operations in order to enhance the contribution of Food Court to the Mall, which support overall business goals and adhering to the policies of the Company as well as the laws, rules and regulations of the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure achievement of Sales, Revenue and Net Income Targets
  • Control expenses such that they are within allowable limits
  • Managing overall operations of FC including Janitorial, Security and other contracted services
  • Address customer complaints
  • Coordinates with FC tenants on any concerns pertaining to lease terms and store operations
  • Conduct quality audit of tenant facilities
  • Ensure that all stocks are complete

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/College Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field and capacity (Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service)
  • Knowledgeable in Tenant Relations, Marketing, various functions in operations and administrations including adequate knowledge in property and food services management
  • Willing to work in SM City General Trias
