Makati (Sports) Club, Inc., a leading player in the Food & Beverages industry, seeks a Food Checker/ Sales Encoder to support financial management and streamline operational processes.
- Prepares daily abstract of sales;
- Records issuance of order slips;
- Collects and records all unused orderslips every end of the shift and to monitor its movements and to check the series used;
- Prepares chits for signature of members;
- Checks series of chits and order slips to determine missing and unsigned chits and to check unaccounted order slips;
- Compares and attached duplicate copy of order slips to the originals to check accuracy of orders
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in finance or operations roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with financial reporting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in financial analysis, support operations teams, and prepare reports.
