The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the assigned restaurant section while maintaining exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction. This role focuses on maximizing revenue opportunities, supporting operational efficiency, and delivering a high-quality dining experience aligned with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct daily briefings, assign stations, and ensure proper staff deployment.
- Monitor inventory, guest supplies, and operational requirements to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Handle VIP arrivals and ensure guest preferences and special requests are properly executed.
- Coordinate and oversee restaurant event orders and group bookings.
- Address guest concerns promptly using effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Support revenue generation initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and service consistency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in a five-star hotel or integrated resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and luxury service standards.
- Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
