Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Seda Centrio in Cagayan de Oro City. This position oversees daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistent adherence to service standards and smooth coordination among team members. The role includes supervising staff schedules, monitoring food service quality, and supporting inventory control and cost management. The supervisor handles guest concerns, promotes excellent customer service, and ensures dining areas and service stations meet hygiene and safety requirements. This role also supports training initiatives, assists in implementing promotional activities, and collaborates with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, delegation, and performance monitoring.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Service Standards and Food Service to ensure consistent, high-quality dining experiences.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with guests, staff, and other departments.
  • Relevant experience in hotel or restaurant food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Knowledge of basic F&B cost control, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
  • Completion of a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
