The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlet to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with established standards and procedures. This role leads and develops outlet team members, maintains service quality, manages staffing and inventory requirements, and promptly addresses guest concerns to enhance customer satisfaction. The Outlet Supervisor plays a key role in driving operational excellence while supporting the outlet's profitability and overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilitie
- sSupervise the day-to-day operations of the outlet in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
- .Ensure proper execution of service sequences and standard operating procedures
- .Oversee buffet and table set-up to maintain presentation and service excellence
- .Lead, coach, and develop team members through regular training, orientation, briefings, and learning sessions
- .Monitor outlet inventory levels, par stocks, and requisition requirements
- .Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- .Review and monitor guest checks, billing transactions, and cash handling procedures
- .Support the efficient and profitable operation of the outlet while maintaining quality and service standards
- .Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure high-quality food and beverage delivery
- .Prepare and manage staff schedules to optimize manpower utilization and service efficiency
- .Promote workplace safety by enforcing safety policies, procedures, and corrective actions
- .Act swiftly on customer feedback and service recovery opportunities to continuously enhance the guest experience
