Food & Beverage Specialist

Location: Waikoloa Beach Resort, Cabangan, Zambales

Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort's restaurant, bar, breakfast service, events, and in-room dining. The role ensures exceptional guest experiences while maximizing profitability through efficient operations, cost control, quality assurance, and staff development.

This is a hands-on management position suitable for someone who enjoys both operations and guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

* Oversee all daily food and beverage operations.

* Ensure smooth breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar service.

* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

* Ensure timely service during peak occupancy.

* Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Guest Experience

* Monitor guest satisfaction and dining reviews.

* Personally engage with guests to gather feedback.

* Handle complaints and recover service failures.

* Create memorable dining experiences that encourage repeat visits.

Menu Development

* Work with the cooks to create seasonal menus.

* Develop signature dishes unique to Waikoloa.

* Introduce profitable promotions and specials.

* Standardize recipes and portion sizes.

* Review menu pricing periodically.
