Job Description
- Prepares and issues medical prescriptions as prescribed by the medical doctor
- Prepares reports on the patients medical status
- Updates medical status and uploads documents in the system
- Graduate of any medical courses (BS in Nursing, Associate in Nursing and Midwifery)
- License is not required
- With good patient rapport
- Good written and communication skills
- Computer savvy
