Work closely with FMCG KAMs / team, KOL team to manage end-to-end execution of KOL livestream projects for the cluster, from planning to post-stream reporting.
Collaborate with FMCG leads and marketing teams to ideate new initiatives and help execute them.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to finalize brand and SKU lineups per livestream.
Ensure all merchandising (MD) processes are completed accurately and on time before each stream.
Track and analyze stream performance data to provide actionable insights and improvements for future campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to integrate livestream efforts with broader campaign goals.
Identify top KOLs not present on SHP platform and help in acquisition efforts alongside the KOL team.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, business development, or account managementpreferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience managing end-to-end KOL livestream projects, from planning to post-stream analysis.
Strong understanding of KOLs and influencers in the Philippines.
Proven skills in negotiation, contract management, and strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating internal and external teams.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects and ensure timely merchandising (MD) execution.
Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking stream performance, analyzing results, and generating actionable insights.
