Your Role:

The Fleet Scheduling Admin is to support operational workflow across relocations, availability maintenance, booking adjustments, and agent communication. This role will remove administrative workload from the Scheduling Manager, enabling them to focus on strategic fleet availability, revenue optimisation, and trade partner support.

As a Fleet Scheduling Admin, You Will

  • Manage all vehicle relocations, including creating and updating listings on the company website.
  • Conduct spot checks on the website to identify errors, incorrect pricing, or falsely sold-out categories.
  • Action holds bookings and ensures accurate status updates across systems.
  • Move customer bookings into new or updated categories when vehicles change or are discontinued
  • Support booking amendments and adjustments during fleet changes or reallocations.
  • Assist with on-request bookings through outbound emails and calls as required.
  • Test new procedures and system updates across RCM and the website before deployment.
  • Identify bugs, user-experience issues, or configuration errors and provide clear feedback.
  • Support agent group chats with timely availability updates.
  • Assist with trade-partner enquiries to ensure prompt responses and improved conversion.

What You Need

  • Experience in calendar management
  • Experience with CRM softwares

  • Experience working with a logistics company or related industries
