Responsible for ensuring fleet safety, security, regulatory compliance, and driver performance within the assigned Distribution Center (DC), while providing operational support to the Vehicle Management Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct driver safety orientation and regular security/safety training.
- Assess and monitor high-risk drivers; recommend coaching and corrective actions.
- Investigate vehicle accidents, incidents, and security-related cases.
- Perform fleet safety inspections and ensure compliance with company policies, LTO, and LTFRB requirements.
- Coordinate with Security, HR, Operations, and Vehicle Management on safety and incident-related matters.
- Support Vehicle Management functions, GPS monitoring, truck cleaning compliance, accident reporting, and fleet documentation.
- Prepare and submit safety, security, and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field.
- Preferably with a security or law enforcement background.
- Experience in fleet operations, transportation safety, or security is an advantage.
- Strong investigation, communication, and reporting skills.
