Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily fleet readiness status covering available, down, for PMS, for repair, standby, and operating units.
  • Coordinate maintenance visibility with vendors, garage, FMG, drivers, PM operations, and EV operations.
  • Track downtime, aging repairs, repeat defects, PMS status, LTO/insurance/permit requirements, tires, batteries, and charging-related readiness.
  • Maintain data quality and dashboard updates across RAMCO, TMS, DigiHaul, Wialon, and related Own Fleet trackers.
  • Generate productivity, dwell, OT, downtime, fuel, security, and trip analytics without owning dispatch execution.

Core Duties

  • Daily: Publish fleet readiness, down-unit, repair, PMS, and system exception updates.
  • Week ly: Review downtime causes, aging repairs, data gaps, dashboard exceptions, and recurring asset issues with GM and operating leads.
  • Monthly: Provide fleet performance dashboard, asset readiness summary, and analytics pack for Own Fleet review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in fleet operations, transport coordination, maintenance monitoring, dispatch support, asset management, or operations reporting.
  • Experience in handling vehicle availability, PMS tracking, repair coordination, downtime monitoring, and fleet performance reporting is preferred. Knowledge or working exposure to systems such as RAMCO, TMS, DigiHaul, Wialon, Excel dashboards, or similar fleet/transport systems is an advantage. Willing to coordinate with drivers, vendors, garage teams, operations leads, Safety, FMG, and management.
  • Must be willing to support time-sensitive fleet operations, including urgent readiness updates, repair escalations, and operational reporting requirements.
