- Responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, collaboration and effective communication, while ensuring forecast alignment with strategic goals
- Responsible for the overall oversight of WFM tasks and strategies to include: Forecasting and capacity planning, Scheduling, Real-time monitoring.
- Interface with leaders to understand the fast changing business needs and make updates where necessary
- Lead projects and improvements to drive efficiencies in the team
- Coordinates with third party partners on the headcount requirements and monitors agency performance and compliance
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Preferably with prior experience in the Warehouse, E-commerce, Logistics field under an Workforce Planning and Management or Agency Management
- Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Keen to details and highly organized
- Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
- Amenable to be assigned in Podium, Pasig
