The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate and monitor daily transport operations, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently, drivers are supported while on the road, and all transport activities are completed safely, compliantly, and within required timeframes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Allocate and dispatch jobs to company drivers using the transport management system.
- Monitor driver locations, routes, speed, and progress using GPS and other tracking systems.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers, providing operational support and escalating issues to PEP Management as required.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email in a professional and timely manner, providing operational support where appropriate.
- Ensure drivers comply with company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and operational issues, escalating where required.
- Monitor dispatch emails, phone calls, and job bookings, ensuring timely action and accurate scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and shift handover notes to support operational continuity.
- Support efficient, safe, and customer-focused transport operations while demonstrating the organisation's values.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be graduate of any four-year course
- With 2 to 3 years experience in allocation and dispatch jobs to company drivers using the transport management system
- Strong attention to details
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
- A high standard of professionalism
- Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks
- Efficient time management
- Sound knowledge and experience of the Australian transport industry and road rules
- Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig
- Must be willing to work in a full-time working on-site arrangement
- Must be willing to work in shifting schedule (including holidays and weekends)
