Fleet Manager Mandarin Speaking

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee daily fleet and transportation operations.
• Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with drivers, fleet personnel, branches, DCs, and other operations teams.
• Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and fleet-related costs.
• Handle vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and other fleet-related concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and services.
• Ensure all vehicles and fleet-related documents comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and monitor fleet performance reports, KPIs, and operational data.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve fleet efficiency.
• Support fleet planning, vehicle allocation, and transportation requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• With relevant experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle operations, maintenance, and fleet management.
• Experience handling drivers, fleet personnel, and third-party vendors.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English; able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule when required.
