Job Description : The General Administration Officer in charge of fleet transport management shall serve as the point of contact to oversee the company's transportation fleet and all activities related to the management of this asset.
1. Updating and maintaining of the Central Vehicle Database
2. Scheduling and monitoring of PMS for all company service vehicles.
3. Creation and issuance of LOA for car repairs.
4. Monitoring of the condition of all service vehicles.
5. Processing of reimbursements for Car Expenses
6. Monitoring of LTO Registration and renewals
7. Issuance of Trip Tickets for requesting field employees
8. Transfer and allocation of service vehicles.
9. Insurance requirements for vehicle-related accident claims
10. Insurance requirement for annual enrollment and renewals.
11. Accreditation of car repair service shops for all company vehicles nationwide.
12. RFID Application / payments
13. Payments for vehicle repairs and PMS.
14. Vehicle disposals for old company vehicles.
15. Processing of payments
