Fleet Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to support our daily shipping and delivery operations. The successful candidate will coordinate dispatch schedules, monitor shipments, communicate with drivers and logistics partners, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

This position is ideal for someone who can manage multiple tasks, follow up consistently, solve delivery concerns, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations, including delivery schedules, shipment assignments, and coordination with drivers, couriers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners.
• Monitor and track shipments from dispatch through final delivery, ensuring orders arrive accurately and within the expected timeframe.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues such as delays, missed deliveries, damaged or incomplete shipments, and escalate urgent concerns when necessary.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and customers to confirm order accuracy, shipment readiness, delivery details, and provide timely status updates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including shipment details, tracking information, delivery statuses, shipping documents, and operational reports.
• Monitor delivery performance and support logistics operations by following company procedures, managing multiple priorities, and completing other dispatch-related tasks as assigned.
