Fleet Coordinator (Cost Analyst)

Fleet Coordinator are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of company's fleet of vehicles. They ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, they schedule regular maintenance appointments, and they may even help to coordinate emergency repairs if any of the vehicles in their fleet encounter problems on the road.

Fleet Coordinators often work closely with the other members of a company's management team to develop strategies for improving efficiency or reducing costs. They may also be tasked with developing new policies or procedures related to vehicle usage the organization.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Must know the repair process regarding trucks billing payment process.
• Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
• Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs on vehicles
• Coordinating with insurance companies to file claims for damage vehicles
• Reporting vehicle accidents or other incidents involving company vehicle to insurance companies or legal department as appropriate
• Maintaining a fleet inventory of all vehicles owned by the company, including their make and model, purchase date, current mileage, and any outstanding repairs that to be made vehicles are insured and registered
