Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fleet Compliance role based in Quezon City. The role is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all fleet operations, documentation, and vehicle use comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining and updating compliance records, tracking registration and inspection schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and preparing reports on fleet compliance status and issues. The role also involves reviewing fleet-related processes, identifying compliance risks, recommending corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement of safety and regulatory standards. Collaboration with operations, logistics, and management teams is essential to ensure that fleet activities support smooth, safe, and compliant business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance for fleet operations and automotive-related activities.
• Legal Compliance knowledge, including familiarity with local transport, safety, and vehicle regulations in the Philippines.
• Analytical skills for reviewing records, identifying compliance gaps, and preparing clear, data-based reports.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies.
• Relevant experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, or automotive industry compliance is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with office productivity software and basic data management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Law, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
