Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Fleet Compliance Staff role based in Quezon City. The Fleet Compliance Staff is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all company vehicles and related operations comply with applicable regulatory, safety, and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the timely renewal of registration, insurance, and other legal documents of all Delivery and Service Vehicles of the company.
- Coordinate with suppliers, LTO representatives, and insurance providers regarding vehicle registration, insurance processing, and related requirements.
- Monitor expiration dates of vehicle documents to ensure continuous compliance and avoid penalties or operational delays.
- Maintain and organize records of vehicle registrations, insurance policies, and other related documents.
- Monitor GPS and Dashcam systems of Delivery Vehicles to ensure proper functionality and compliance with company policies.
- Review GPS and Dashcam reports and immediately report unusual activities, route deviations, accidents, and violations to immediate superior.
- Prepare and submit monitoring reports related to vehicle utilization, registration status, GPS monitoring, maintenance schedules, and compliance updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or any related four-year course.
- Preferably with 1 year of related experience in fleet, logistics, transport, or administrative operations.
- Knowledgeable in vehicle registration processing, insurance documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in GPS and Dashcam monitoring is an advantage.
- Knowledge in fleet coordination and Vehicle maintenance monitoring is a must.
- With strong coordination and documentation skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Manresa, Quezon City
