Job Description

The Role

As a Fleet and Asset Manager for SB Rental Corporation, you are responsible for the full lifecycle management of SB Rental's operating lease fleet and other assets, from acquisition support, deployment, maintenance oversight, insurance coordination, asset recovery, returns and disposal. You have to ensure protection of the Company's asset condition and value, preservation of residual value, performance, compliance, and cost control. With significant expansion of the portfolio, including large accounts, your role is critical in managing asset exposure, minimizing financial losses, and strengthening operational controls. The role directs day-to-day operations, dealer coordination, and fleet-related business development to support growth as the asset base scales.

How You'll Contribute

  • Fleet and Asset Strategy and Governance Support and execute fleet and asset lifecycle planning
  • Preventive Maintenance & Repairs Oversight Establish and monitor PMS schedules, main contact for escalation handling and customer fleet concerns
  • Dealer and Vendor Network Management Build and manage relationship with dealers, partner with Product Management for the after sales service projects
  • Fleet Admin and Compliance Oversee LTO registration renewals and safe keeping of docuuments.
  • Asset Disposal Management End of Term
  • Vehicle Returns and Condition management Oversee return inspections, pre-delivery inspection, assess condition vs. SB rental standards
  • Business Development Support Provide fleet cost models
  • Team Leadership Supervise a lean team
  • Process improvement and Data Quality streamline workflows, strengthen controls and improve TATs

What We're Looking For

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree of Mechanical, Business Studies, Administration, Management or any related course
  • With at least 5 years of relevant experience in Fleet/Asset Management, Automotive Operations, Leasing or related fields
  • Experience in managing medium to large fleet portfolios is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Software organized with strong analytical skills
  • Equipped with knowledge of Fleet Management, asset lifecycle, preventive and corrective maintenance, cost analysis and mechanical systems
  • Capable of vendor coordination and team leadership
