Job Summary
The Junior Fleet Administration Analyst supports the monitoring and administration of company vehicles by managing documentation, tracking usage, and coordinating with drivers. The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, compliance monitoring, and preparation of data-driven reports. This position requires someone tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling data, schedules, and documentation. The analyst works closely with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth fleet support for company operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Fleet Coordination & Operations
Assist in day-to-day fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and trip documentation.
Support coordination with drivers to ensure adherence to assigned routes and schedules.
- Documentation & Record Management
Maintain accurate and updated logs for trips, fuel usage, repairs, insurance, and registration.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of fleet-related records.
- Reporting & Data Analytics
Prepare, review, and submit monthly fleet performance reports, including vehicle utilization, fuel trends, maintenance logs, and cost tracking.
Help identify operational gaps through basic data analytics, ensuring accuracy of dashboards, trackers, and monitoring tools.
Address scheduling conflicts, route issues, and operational concerns in real time.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure logistics and transport requirements are met.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Logistics, or any related field.
13 years experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or administrative operations
High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and accuracy in reports and compliance tracking.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with multiple departments.
Willing to work flexible hours as needed for dispatch or fleet monitoring.
Willing to work in Makati Onsite.
