Accounts Payable Specialist (Fixed-term)

Shift: Mon-Fri, 7AM – 4PM
Arrangement: Onsite, 3 months fixed-term

Primary objectives:
As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will ensure that the company's financial obligations to its vendors, suppliers, and employees are met accurately and in a timely manner. This role is key to maintaining good supplier relationships, ensuring the smooth functioning of financial operations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Invoice Management: Review, verify, and process invoices from vendors and suppliers. Ensure invoices match purchase orders, contracts, and receipts. Validate that charges are accurate and that payment terms are consistent.
+ Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts payable records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies between vendor statements and company records.
+ Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors by addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and ensuring smooth communication regarding payments, invoices, and any discrepancies.
+ Process Improvement: Develop policies and procedures to reduce risk, improve governance, compliance, and internal controls.
+ Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries related to accounts payable.
Qualifications / Skills:
+ Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
+ At least two (2) years of Accounts Payable, Treasury Tax & Compliance, and General Accounting experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics FinOps or other accounting tools.
+ Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel (Intermediate to Advanced Level).
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables with an orientation towards deadlines.
+ Attention to detail and organize.
+ Ability to work independently and maintain good relations as part of a team.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Candidates must be willing to work in TOA Global Pampanga and willing to travel and facilitate fieldwork from time to time as required.
