  • Lead and develop the Asset Accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee end-to-end fixed assets accounting and sub-ledger operations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies.
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities related to fixed assets.
  • Drive operational excellence through process optimization and standardization initiatives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across finance and business functions.
  • Support audit requirements, governance activities, and control compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and team performance.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Fixed Assets Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience in Fixed Assets Accounting within a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
  • Deep understanding of fixed assets accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
  • Exposure to broader Record-to-Report processes is advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and managing change.
