- Lead and develop the Asset Accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end fixed assets accounting and sub-ledger operations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities related to fixed assets.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization and standardization initiatives.
- Partner with key stakeholders across finance and business functions.
- Support audit requirements, governance activities, and control compliance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and team performance.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Fixed Assets Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in Fixed Assets Accounting within a multinational or shared services environment.
- Proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Deep understanding of fixed assets accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and asset lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Exposure to broader Record-to-Report processes is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and managing change.
