Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and complete fixed asset records in EAMS.
  • Process asset registration, issuance, transfer, return, replacement, retirement, disposal, and write-off.
  • Lead physical asset counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Reconcile physical inventory, EAMS records, and Accounting's Fixed Asset Register.
  • Coordinate with Accounting on capitalization, depreciation, Net Book Value, and other asset-related matters.
  • Prepare asset reports, dashboards, audit documents, and management recommendations.
  • Monitor lost, damaged, idle, missing, and obsolete assets and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Ensure compliance with asset policies, documentation requirements, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Procurement, IT, Asset Custodians, and other departments.
  • Support process improvements, EAMS enhancements, and provide guidance to FA Associates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in fixed asset management, inventory control, or asset administration.
  • Knowledge of fixed asset lifecycle management, inventory, and reconciliation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions.
  • Experience with ERP or asset management systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
