Fixed Asset/Lease Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Process fixed asset creation, disposal, reinstatement, depreciation runs, and IFRS16 lease transactions
• Responsible for month-end closing and account reconciliation.
• Respond to queries, provide audit support, data inputs, documentation and controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Accounting/Finance
• With 2 years of experience in accounting/finance with exposure to fixed assets/lease in Shared Service/International/BPO industries.
• Knowledgeable in IAS 16 and IFRS 16 and understands capex vs opex.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, data validation).
• With strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Engagement: Direct hire and for permanent.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Mid Shift (2PM-11PM)
• Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x onsite and 2x wfh a week)
• Location: Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., Parañaque City (will relocate to BGC, Taguig next year)
